Freespee, a leading SaaS company in customer experience, has today announced its rebrand. The new name, Kaisa, signifies a fresh phase in the company&#8217;s 14-year history and is part of a broader repositioning, including an overhaul of its identity and brand. The name is a nod to its Swedish origins and is intended to strengthen its continued expansion.
When Freespee was founded in 2010, it primarily offered tools linking a customer’s website visits and buyer-to-seller phone calls to create a more cohesive customer journey. Today, the company’s service portfolio includes solutions that integrate the entire customer experience, providing detailed insights and tools for utilizing all types of customer engagement data to optimize the customer journey. The new name reflects the evolution and maturity of the company’s platform solutions for sales-driven customer engagement.

The company&#8217;s clients are primarily in capital-intensive, infrequent, high-consideration purchases like the automotive industry, where over 70 percent of all car dealerships in Europe use the platform. Currently, Freespee has clients in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania with offices in Uppsala, Paris, and London. Plans are underway for further geographic expansion and exploring growth in new industries.

The rebranding also aims to highlight the company&#8217;s Swedish roots. The name Kaisa – meaning &#8216;pure&#8217; – symbolizes the company&#8217;s pursuit of clarity and honesty. The new visual identity is now being implemented across the company’s solutions, website, and all communications.
